What to Prepare

School Information
Provide details about your school, including its name and address.
OSIS Number
If applicable, have your OSIS number on hand.
Guidance Counselor
Share the name and contact information of your school’s guidance counselor.
Transcript Grades
Be ready to upload your transcript grades, showcasing your academic achievements.
Proof of Residency (Required for Stipends):
Prepare to upload copies of the following documents: Social Security Card, Citizenship or Residency proof (Passport, Birth Certificate, Residency Card, and Social Security Card), W-4 2024 Form, Proof of address (A utility bill or any official letter that has student’s name and student’s address)
